Products and delivery fees are payed during checkout in the webshop. You can pay your order with Finnish web bank services (Paytrail), Credit Cards (Stripe) or PayPal.
Payment service providers
Finnish web bank payment services is provided by Paytrail Plc. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized Payment Institution. You can find more information about the service here.
Credit card payments service provider is Stripe. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard ja American Express. Credit card information is delivered to payment service provider over a secure connection (SSL). Credit card information is not stored to our web shop’s database at any point.
Third payment service provider is PayPal. You pay either with the balance of your PayPal-account or with commonly used credit cards. To make payment with credit card, it is not required to register a PayPal account.
We use Finnish postal service company Posti for delivering your order. For orders inside Finland, shipment method is parcel point delivery (SmartPost) or Home Parcel. SmartPost order is delivered to the parcel point delivery chosen at checkcout. Home Parcel is delivered directly to the shipping address. For orders outside Finland, we use Priority Postal Parcel. You can also pick up your order free of charge from our store in Kauklahti, Espoo (Finland). For address details and opening times, please see our contact information page.
We accept orders from all countries and deliver through Finnish postal service company Posti.
Shipping costs include postal and packing fees. You will see final shipping costs for your order on the checkout page before confirming your order. Shipping costs are based on the prices of Finnish postal service Posti. We offer a free shipping inside Finland for orders over 150 euros. For international orders, we provide free shipping for orders over 600 euros inside EU and for orders over1200 euros outside EU. You can also pick up your order free of charge from our store in Kauklahti, Espoo (Finland) during its opening hours.
We pack the orders and leave them to Posti for delivery within few working days. Posti will carry out the delivery according to its service conditions. For more details, please see Posti’s website.
Exchange and refund
We examine the condition of a product before adding it to our webshop’s selection and mention all possible faults in the product description. If you find that your order has been damaged during the shipment or doesn’t otherwise meet the description of the product when purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. Possible reclamation should be carried out within 14 days after receiving the order.
Please inform us before sending your order back. We won’t be able to cover the costs of return shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise before returning the order. Please contact us by email email@example.com or by phone +358 (0)500 424 501.
According to Finnish consumer protection act, you have right to return an unopened order within 7 days after delivery.
Problems with delivery
We pack the items for each order with care. Nevertheless, sometimes delicate vintage item might get damaged during the postal delivery. When you receive your delivery, please examine the condition of the package.
If the package has been damaged during the delivery, we encourage you to file a claim to your local postal office as soon as you can. Please conctact us as well, and we can agree how to redeliver your order.
